Tutorial: Installation of the Andrew's Plugins volume 4 Blur Factory plugin set into Photoshop CS4 (though equally this will work in Photoshop CS3 CS2 CS1 7 6 etc) on the PC (windows 7, though equally applicable to windows Vista and XP). The 8BF plug-ins are placed into the plug-ins path of Photoshop and accessed via the filters menu. Also shown is the preferences section for the addition of an additional plug-ins folder (to avoid issues with admin privileges).
