Kentucky is a uniquely rural, beautiful state to play golf in. The rolling hills and spectacular greenery provide a picturesque backdrop. There also many exciting Kentucky golf tournaments that take place throughout the year. A few golf courses you should definitely consider playing on your next trip to Kentucky:

The Hidden Cove Golf Course, located in Olive Hill, is recognized as one the best places to golf in the state. The fairways are particularly well-designed and maintained; making it easy to properly line up your shots. The green and dunes are also in good shape. This course hosts quite a few amateur events throughout the year.

The Lassing Point Golf Course in Union is another fun place to golf. Undoubtedly, this course captures the essence of Kentucky’s rolling splendor. Indeed, it is particularly hilly, so a cart may be in order. Notably, The Lassing Point Golf Course features the largest greens in the state. Large, spectacular trees line the fairways. Check out their schedule of Kentucky amateur golf events.

The Dale Hollow Lake Golf Course is another recommended Kentucky course. More rolling hills are predominately featured here, so again, you may want to reserve a golf car. There are many water hazards, including a lake, a pond, and three streams. There are also 61 bunkers on this course, so you may also spend some time on the beach.

If you’re interested in attending Kentucky Golf Tournament, you’ll likely have plenty of opportunities to do, as events occur frequently throughout the year.
